PRICES AND SERVICES: We are proud to say that our service and pricing is unbeatable. But we feel the importance of pointing out to you that the “price” of any event is dependent on many factors, the type of food that you like, the types of services that you would like, the number of guests and for commercial customers, the number of events held each year. |
Services: Each event is as different as the individual planning it. We have provided services for events from 15-400. So needless to say we can handle anything that you can bring us, serving as many as 800 the same day-different locations, and each event and service was catered individual to their needs. We suggest that you first put a plan together as to what you would like to see at your event, exactly what you would expect from your caterer. To give you an idea of the possibility’s I have provided a list of ideas: __Table Service (individual servers per table) __Do you want China __Do you want Disposable Dinnerware __Buffet Service __Would you like Buffet line Servers __Clothe Napkins and Silver __Would you like a Chef on hand cutting your Entrées __Would you like a Bartender __Would you like Food Grilled on site __Servers filling ice water pictures __Do you need cake cut and served __Beverage Fountains, Fondue’s __Would you like non alcoholic beverages __Hors de oeuvres before the event __Do you need Canopy’s (Specifically suggested if your wanting to grill outside at your event, unless you already have a pavilion type building that you would be able to cook and put the food underneath, you will want a canopy.) __Do you need tables & chairs __Do you need linens (Linen’s for the buffet tables are always provided; but we can help with linens for the entire event, as well as table skirting and typically at a better price. __Centerpieces for the Buffet table __Cake or Dessert __Centerpieces for the Dinner Tables __Table Condiments/shakers |
So as you can see, there are a lot of things to think about. We can provide any service in regards to food and your event that you need; or we can cook the food and you can pick it up, we will leave that decision to you and all may cause an increase or decrease in “price“. Once you have the services in mind that you need provided, the next thing I would suggest is to pick out your menu. If your like me, your going to start with a budget and your going to search for the best services for the price. The great news is here is that you have already done that, nice job, you’re a smart cookie. So once you have a budget in mind and the services you would like, contact me immediately and we will help you set the perfect menu and services to fit any budget.
